Seller

Products and gift cards offered on eternal-beauty.be are sold by CABBA MEDICAL SRL, registered with the BCE under number 1007.170.103, VAT BE1007170103, with registered office at Avenue Henri Jaspar 117, 1060 Saint-Gilles, Belgium. Contact: info@eternal-beauty.be. Legal representative: Mr. Yannis Bakhouche.

Purpose and acceptance

These Terms of Sale ("ToS") govern all distance sales concluded between CABBA MEDICAL SRL and a consumer (the "Customer") via eternal-beauty.be. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these ToS, which prevail over any other document. Cart validation constitutes express acceptance of the ToS.

Products and availability

• Products offered are genuine Mesoestetic® cosmetics, distributed via the official channel Aesthetic Solutions Benelux.
• Photographs, descriptions and characteristics are provided for guidance. Slight variations in shade or packaging may occur.
• Offers are valid within the limits of available stock, updated in real time on the site.
• If a product becomes unavailable after order, you will be informed without delay and fully refunded.

Prices

• All prices are in euros (EUR), all taxes included (Belgian VAT 21% included).
• In-store pickup is free; no delivery charge applies.
• CABBA MEDICAL SRL reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in force at the time of order validation.
• A valid promotional code can be applied at Stripe checkout.

Order

The order takes place in several steps: adding to cart, cart validation, redirection to Stripe Checkout for entering details and payment, email confirmation. The sales contract is concluded upon receipt of validated payment. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent automatically. CABBA MEDICAL SRL reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or anomalous order.

Payment

• Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Dublin, Ireland).
• Accepted methods: bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact.
• No banking data is stored by CABBA MEDICAL SRL. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
• Payment is required at the time of order. The order is only processed after payment confirmation.

In-store pickup (click & collect)

• Orders are collected in-store only: no home delivery is offered.
• At checkout, the Customer chooses their pickup center: Brussels (Avenue Louise 486, 1050) or Charleroi (Rue de Montigny 8, 6000).
• Pickup is free. Orders are generally available within 1–2 working days from payment confirmation.
• The Customer is notified by email as soon as the order is ready. Pickup is made upon presentation of the name or order number, during the center's opening hours.
• These times are indicative and do not engage the seller's liability in case of exceptional circumstances.
• Risk of loss or damage of the products is transferred to the Customer upon actual collection of the order in-store.

Right of withdrawal

• In accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the consumer Customer has a 14-calendar-day cooling-off period from pickup of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reasons.
• To exercise this right, send a clear statement to info@eternal-beauty.be within the allotted time, then bring the products back to the center where the order was collected (Brussels or Charleroi).
• Products must be brought back in their original state, complete, unused and in their sealed packaging.
• Refund issued within 14 days of the products being returned in-store, by the same payment method.
• The right of withdrawal DOES NOT apply to: unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (art. VI.53, 5° CDE), nominative gift cards, or treatment services already performed in salon.

Legal warranties

• All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years from pickup) and the warranty against hidden defects, as provided by Belgian law.
• In case of a non-conforming product, contact info@eternal-beauty.be describing the defect within 2 months maximum after noticing it.
• In accordance with articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code, you may request repair or replacement of the product, or failing that, a price reduction or contract termination.

Gift cards

• Eternal Beauty gift cards are valid for treatments offered in centers (Brussels or Charleroi).
• Validity period: 12 months from the date of purchase, shown on the card and in the confirmation email.
• Not refundable in cash (except remaining balance below €5, on presentation, in-store only).
• Not combinable with any other promotional offer, unless otherwise stated.
• In case of loss, theft or destruction of the card, CABBA MEDICAL SRL cannot be required to replace it.
• An unused card at expiry is lost, without compensation or extension.

Customer service and complaints

For any question, complaint or difficulty related to an order: info@eternal-beauty.be. We commit to responding within 5 working days. In case of persistent dispute, you may resort free of charge to the Consumer Mediation Service (Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels — mediationconsommateur.be) or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

Force majeure

CABBA MEDICAL SRL cannot be held liable for non-performance or delay in performance of an obligation resulting from force majeure as defined by Belgian case law (natural disaster, strike, failure of an essential subcontractor, pandemic, etc.).

Personal data

The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible from the footer. The data collected is strictly necessary for executing the order and sending transactional emails.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute and after attempted amicable settlement, the competent court is that of the judicial district of Brussels, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
