Purpose and acceptance
These general terms of use ("Terms") govern access to and use of eternal-beauty.be, published by CABBA MEDICAL SRL (BCE 1007.170.103). Any visitor accepts these Terms without reservation. The sale of products and gift cards is governed by separate Terms of Sale, accessible before each purchase.
Services offered
- Presentation of in-center aesthetic and medical treatments (hair removal, tattoo removal, Hydrafacial, microneedling, cryolipolysis, etc.).
- Online shop for Mesoestetic® cosmetic products.
- Purchase and use of gift cards for in-salon treatments.
- Free video consultation request.
- Appointment booking through the Salonkee partner platform.
- Conversational assistant "Sophie" for guidance and information.
Access to the site
Access to the site is free of charge. CABBA MEDICAL SRL reserves the right, without notice or compensation, to temporarily or permanently close the site, modify its content or suspend certain features, in particular for maintenance, updates or force majeure.
Information on aesthetic and medical treatments
Information about the treatments offered is provided for guidance only and cannot be treated as personalised medical advice or diagnosis. Our activity being registered under NACEBEL codes 86.220 and 86.210 (specialised and general medicine), some acts are performed under qualified medical supervision. Results vary by patient. A prior in-center consultation is mandatory for medical and technical aesthetic procedures.
Booking via Salonkee
Appointments are managed via the partner platform Salonkee SA. By clicking "Book", you are redirected to that third-party platform, subject to its own Terms and privacy policy. CABBA MEDICAL SRL declines all liability for Salonkee's operation, availability or terms.
Video consultation
The free video consultation offered is a first orientation interview. It does not constitute a medical consultation or diagnosis. A Google Meet link is sent after manual validation of the time slot by our team.
Sophie assistant (chatbot)
The conversational assistant "Sophie" is powered by the Google Gemini API. Its responses are generated automatically and provided for information only. They do not constitute medical advice or a contractual commitment. For any specific question, contact our team at info@eternal-beauty.be.
Administrator accounts
Access to the back-office (/admin) is strictly reserved for authorised personnel of CABBA MEDICAL SRL. Any unauthorised access attempt is subject to criminal prosecution (articles 550bis and 550ter of the Belgian Criminal Code).
Intellectual property and use
You undertake to use the site in compliance with these Terms, Belgian law and good morals. The following are notably prohibited: mass content extraction (scraping), unauthorised copying or reproduction, dissemination of viruses, impersonation, and any use intended to disrupt the site's operation.
Liability
CABBA MEDICAL SRL cannot be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the site (data loss, missed opportunities, etc.). Its liability is limited to direct and proven damage, within the limits set by Belgian law.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, and after attempting an amicable settlement (info@eternal-beauty.be), the courts of Brussels shall have sole jurisdiction. For consumer disputes, you may use the Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be) or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Modifications
These Terms may be modified at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of your visit. Any substantial change will be flagged with a visible notice on the site.
