Appointments & booking
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online 24/7 using the “Book” button at the top of the site, or by phone with the center of your choice (Brussels or Charleroi).
What are your opening hours?
Our centers are open Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm. On Saturdays we welcome clients by appointment only.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes. Contact the center by phone or email as soon as possible — ideally at least 24h in advance — so we can offer the slot to another client.
Treatments & care
Is the consultation free?
The initial medical consultation for permanent laser hair removal is free. We also offer a free video consultation for more specific questions about your profile.
How many laser sessions are needed?
A full permanent hair removal protocol usually requires 6 to 8 sessions, a few weeks apart. The exact number depends on your skin type and the treated area.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?

Shop & gift cards
Do you deliver the shop products?
Yes. Mesoestetic products are delivered to your home via B-Post, or you can choose free pickup at one of our centers at checkout.
How do gift cards work?
Choose an amount (from €50) and a visual style on the Gift card page. The card is sent instantly by email and can be used for our treatments as well as the shop.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Online payments (shop and gift cards) are secured by Stripe and accept all major bank cards. In-center, usual payment methods are accepted.
